SL999 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to SL999. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and SL999 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the SL999 website located at https://sl999.lat, its sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and all associated gaming, wagering, and entertainment services (collectively the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must refrain from accessing or using the Platform.

SL999 operates as an English-language gaming platform serving adult players in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam and other regions throughout the country. All transactions on this Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Registration and use of SL999 is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age. SL999 does not permit individuals under 21 to register an Account or participate in any wagering activity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law, or where access to such services is restricted.
• You are the sole owner of the Account you register, and all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or associate of SL999, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from SL999 or any affiliated platform.

4.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on SL999. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.

4.2 Registration Information

At the time of registration, Users must provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, their full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Malaysian contact number. SL999 relies on this information to administer your Account and to fulfil KYC obligations. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must update them promptly if they change.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. SL999 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login information secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

SL999 may require Users to complete identity and payment ownership verification before processing withdrawals or modifying Account settings. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian national identification card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of payment method where applicable.

SL999 grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial exploitation of the Platform or its content.

You may access SL999 from any internet-connected device, including mobile and desktop devices. SL999 is optimised for use across common Android and iOS devices and modern browsers. You are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection, compatible device, and updated browser. SL999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access where disruption results from your equipment, network provider, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and must not use SL999 for unlawful, fraudulent, commercial, or abusive purposes. Access to the Platform is a privilege that may be withdrawn where these Terms are breached.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

SL999 may support Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, DuitNow, and FPX. Available methods, transaction limits, and processing times may vary according to Account status, technical availability, and verification requirements.

6.2 Ownership of Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals must ordinarily be made through a payment method held in the registered Account holder's name. The use of third-party bank accounts, cards, or eWallets is prohibited unless SL999 has expressly approved the arrangement after completing appropriate verification.

6.3 Deposits

A deposit is credited after SL999 receives confirmation from the relevant payment provider. A transaction displayed as pending is not available for wagering until it has been successfully completed. Users must review the amount and recipient details before authorising a transfer. SL999 is not responsible for delays caused by banks, eWallet operators, payment networks, or incorrect payment information supplied by a User.

6.4 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared funds, completion of applicable wagering conditions, KYC checks, security review, and confirmation that the destination payment method belongs to the User. SL999 may request further documents where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, unauthorised payments, or identity misuse.

6.5 Transaction Limits and Charges

Minimum and maximum transaction values will be displayed within the relevant Account interface. SL999 may revise these limits from time to time. Any charge imposed directly by a bank, telecommunications provider, or payment service remains the responsibility of the User.

SL999 may offer welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback, free spins, loyalty rewards, or other promotions. Each promotion is governed by these Terms and any additional conditions displayed with the offer. Where promotional conditions conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotional conditions will apply to that offer.

• A promotion may be restricted by eligibility criteria, qualifying deposit, minimum odds, game contribution, claim period, maximum stake, wagering requirement, or withdrawal limit.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been completed and the Account remains in good standing.
• Different games may contribute at different rates towards a wagering requirement. Some games or bet types may be excluded entirely.
• Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, promotions are limited to one claim per User, household, device, internet connection, payment method, and residential address.
• SL999 may correct an obvious promotional error, cancel an incorrectly credited reward, or recover funds obtained through abuse, collusion, duplicate Accounts, or misleading information.

Users are responsible for reviewing the full conditions before accepting a promotion. Choosing to participate constitutes acceptance of those conditions. A bonus should never be treated as guaranteed income or a reason to wager beyond an affordable entertainment budget.

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers

A Wager is accepted only when it has been recorded by SL999 and confirmed in the User's Account history. Merely selecting a game outcome or sports market does not constitute an accepted Wager. Users must check their bet slip and Account history promptly and report any apparent discrepancy without delay.

8.2 Sports Settlement

Sports wagers, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and live football markets, are settled according to the official result and the rules displayed for the relevant market. Unless otherwise specified, subsequent appeals, disciplinary decisions, or amended results will not affect settlement after a market has been finalised.

8.3 Casino and Live Dealer Games

Casino games are determined by the relevant game system, while live dealer outcomes are determined by the result recorded at the table. Published RTP figures are long-term statistical measurements and do not promise a return during any individual session. Previous outcomes have no effect on the result of a properly conducted independent game round.

8.4 Errors, Interruptions, and Malfunctions

Where a system malfunction, incorrect price, obvious odds error, interrupted game, or erroneous settlement occurs, SL999 may void or resettle the affected transaction using the correct information and applicable game rules. Malfunction voids all affected play and pay where the result cannot be reliably reconstructed.

8.5 Finality of Instructions

Once accepted, a Wager ordinarily cannot be altered or cancelled at the User's request. Cash-out features, where available, are discretionary, may be suspended without notice, and are not guaranteed for every event or market.

SL999 is available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Gambling must be approached solely as entertainment and must never be regarded as employment, an investment, or a means of resolving financial difficulty.

Users are responsible for monitoring their time and expenditure. SL999 may provide deposit limits, cooling-off periods, reality checks, and self-exclusion controls. A User who requests self-exclusion must not attempt to open another Account or bypass the restriction through a different identity, device, telephone number, or payment method.

SL999 may contact a User or restrict Account activity where patterns of play indicate potential harm or where additional checks are appropriate. Such intervention does not transfer responsibility for gambling decisions to SL999. Users should stop immediately and seek support if gambling is affecting their finances, work, health, or relationships.

Users must not engage in conduct that compromises SL999, other Users, payment providers, or the integrity of a Game or market. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating duplicate Accounts or providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information.
• Using another person's identity, bank account, eWallet, telephone number, or payment credentials without lawful authority.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, coordinated betting, match manipulation, arbitrage abuse, or any strategy intended to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, data scraping systems, or other unauthorised technology to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting a technical fault, delayed data feed, pricing error, payment reversal, or promotional mistake.
• Attempting to interfere with Platform security, introduce malicious code, overload systems, or gain unauthorised access to data or Accounts.
• Using SL999 to launder money, conceal the source of funds, facilitate fraud, or conduct any other unlawful activity.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing support staff, dealers, contractors, or other Users.
• Selling, transferring, lending, or otherwise allowing another person to use an Account.

SL999 may investigate suspected misconduct and may share relevant information with payment providers or competent authorities where required or permitted by applicable law.

SL999 may restrict, suspend, or terminate an Account where the User breaches these Terms, fails verification, presents a security or legal risk, engages in prohibited conduct, or where suspension is reasonably necessary to protect the Platform or another person.

During an investigation, SL999 may temporarily withhold withdrawals and restrict access to affected funds. If no breach is established, legitimate cleared funds will be made available subject to ordinary verification and payment procedures. If a material breach is confirmed, SL999 may void affected wagers, remove Bonus Funds, recover improperly obtained winnings, and close the Account.

A User may request Account closure by contacting support. Closure does not extinguish liabilities, unresolved payment disputes, verification duties, or obligations arising before closure. A request made as part of self-exclusion will be handled according to responsible gambling procedures rather than ordinary Account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SL999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every function will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, network, browser, or third-party payment service.

SL999 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from Platform use, including loss caused by internet interruption, device failure, unauthorised access resulting from compromised credentials, third-party service delay, or a User's failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where SL999 is found liable for a direct loss connected with a particular accepted Wager or transaction, liability will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount of that Wager or transaction.

Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses may occur. SL999 does not guarantee winnings, profits, access to a particular promotion, or the future availability of any Game, market, feature, payment method, or odds.

All SL999 branding, logos, layouts, text, graphics, software, databases, interfaces, and other original Platform content are owned by or licensed to SL999 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may view the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. No User may copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, republish, frame, sell, license, or create derivative works from any protected content without prior written authorisation. No licence is granted except the limited right of access expressly stated in these Terms.

SL999 processes personal information for purposes including Account administration, identity verification, payment handling, fraud prevention, legal compliance, customer support, responsible gambling safeguards, and service improvement. The categories of information collected, the reasons for processing, retention practices, and available User rights are described in the Privacy Policy.

Users must provide accurate information and must not submit documents or personal data belonging to another person without lawful authority. By using SL999, you acknowledge that necessary information may be processed by service providers supporting payments, security, hosting, verification, and Platform operation, subject to appropriate controls.

SL999 may amend these Terms to reflect changes in law, regulation, security requirements, Platform functionality, commercial practice, or player protection standards. The revised Terms will take effect on the date stated in the updated document unless a later effective date is specified.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform or Account interface. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those changes. If a User does not accept an amendment, the User must stop using SL999 and request Account closure, subject to settlement of any outstanding matters.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the contractual relationship and the operation of SL999, without prejudice to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in a User's jurisdiction.

A User who wishes to raise a complaint should first contact SL999 support and provide their username, a clear description of the issue, relevant dates, transaction or Wager references, and supporting screenshots where available. SL999 will review the matter in good faith and may request additional information before issuing a response.

The parties should attempt to resolve a dispute through the internal complaint process before commencing formal proceedings. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot legally be restricted.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
